Bookends

Anyone that knows me, even if it is just a little bit, knows that I love to read. My love for
books came around the 2nd grade when I final learned to read (my first grade year was quite
traumatic and didn't go well). My teacher found a book that interested me and that's when I
learned the power of books. Books take you to different times, different worlds, and sometimes
it just gives you that 30 minutes of solitude that puts you into the story.
So, now one might ask 'why are you telling us all this?' That is a great question! I guess it
explains my 'Bookends' section. I love to read and tend to go through books quickly (which is
why I LOVE the public library). Bookends provides me with the space to talk about the books that
I'm currently reading, have read, or random ideas about books that come to my mind. I think most
people would appreciate not having to listen to me ramble on and on in our musings.
