Artichoke Dip
1 can artichoke hearts 1 pkg cream cheese ½ cup or more Parmesan cheese at least 3 garlic cloves
Drain & chop artichoke hearts. Finely chop garlic cloves. Combine all ingredients & place in an oven safe dish. Bake at 350° F for 20-30 minutes (or until the dip is bubbly & slightly brown around the edges). Serve hot with warm focaccia bread or baguette.
