Kahlua
1 ½ cups sugar 1 ½ cups brown sugar 2 cups water ½ cup instant coffee 4 teaspoons vanilla 2 ⅔ cups vodka
Combine water and sugars in saucepan. Stir to dissolve. Bring to boiling, stirring often. Lower heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove mixture from heat, stir in coffee ganules. Mix until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Add vanilla and vodka. Age for 2 weeks.
