Rhubarb Slush
2 qts. rhubarb 2 qts. water ½ c. lemon juice 2 c. sugar 1 cup vodka 1 package strawberry or raspberry jello
Mix rhubarb, water, lemon juice, and sugar. Strain. Let cool. Add vodka & strawberry or raspberry jello. Freeze. Serve with 7-up or sour.
