Hobo Bread
Swiss cheese slices 1 cup chopped onion 1 TBSP poppy seed 1 tsp. dill weed 1 loaf Italian bread ½ lb butter
Melt butter and onion. Add poppy seeds and dill weed. Mix and set aside. Slice bread into 1 inch slices, but not all the way through. Place a slice of cheese in each slit and drizzle 2 TBSP of mixture in each slice. Then drizzle reamining mixture over entire loaf. Wrap in foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
