Hudson Bay Bread
  9 ½ cups quick cooking oatmeal 1 ½ - 2 cups white sugar ¾ pound butter ¼ cup clear karo syrup ¼ cup honey 2 teaspoons almond extract 2 teaspoons vanilla extract ¾ cup M & M Cinnamon to taste
  
   Mix very well by hand (will be very stiff). Hand pack in lightly greased jelly roll pan. User rolling pin to flatten; pack as tight as possible. Bake at 325° F for 30 min or less. 
   Note: these must be cut while still warm but not removed from the pan until cool.
  Serves: 12-15 pieces @ 3.5" x 3.5"
