Eric's Salsa
8 cups of chopped tomatoes 2 cups of chopped bell peppers, any color will do 2 cups of chopped onion 6- 8 hot peppers ¼ cup vinegar ⅛ cup pickeling salt ½ cup sugar ½ tsp alum 2 TBSP cummin 1 can (12 oz) tomato paste 2 cans (15 oz) tomato sauce
Combine and cook over medium heat to a boil. Boil for 30 minutes. Laddle into jars (pints or half pints work best). Hot seal immediately. No need to hot bath.
