Grandma's Salsa
16 cups peeled tomatoes chunked 2 green peppers diced 1 medium onion diced ⅓ red pepper diced 1 jalapeno diced 1 ½ green chili pepper diced 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp lemon pepper ¼ cup salt ¼ cup sugar ½ cup white vinegar few drops tabasco
Cook 1/2 hour and stir to break up. Combine 3 cups juice and 1/2 cup corn starch. Add to pot to thicken.
Pack in jars. Cook to seal in boiling water bath 20 minutes.
Serves: yeild 10 pints
