Cheesy Beef Enchiladas

1 pound ground beef
1 jar (16 oz) Salsa
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- or - ¾ pound VELVEETA Cheese, cut up, divided
10 flour tortillas

1. BROWN meat; drain. Stir in 1/2 cup of salsa, and 1/2 cup of cheese.
2. SPREAD 1 cup salsa in 13x9-inch baking dish. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place toritillas, seam side down, on salsa. Top with remaining salse and cheese.
3. BAKE at 350° F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Serves: Makes 10 enchiladas
