Chicken on Sunday
1 small box of minute rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup ½ cup of milk 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 chicken (skinned) or chicken breasts
Mix rice, soups and mix. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Put chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix. Seal pan with foil. Bake at 325° for 2 1/2 hours. (If using bonesless chicken breasts, use less cooking time).
