Hot Wings
5-6 lbs. chicken drummettes ½ - ¾ c. margarine 1 c. flour ¼ c. white vinegar 1 ½ tsp salt 4-5 tbsp. hot sauce 1 tsp. Pepper
Mix flour & seasonings. Coat each drummette well & drop into hot oil & fry until brown. Drain on paper towel, cover to keep warm. Heat margarine over low heat until it foams. Remove & stir in vinegar & pepper sauce. Pour sauce over chicken & toss lightly..
