Rommy's Lasagna
2 tablespoons salad oil 1 garlic clove, minced 1 onion, chopped 1 ½ pound ground beef 2 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon oregano ¼ teaspoon pepper 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste 1 ½ to 2 cups water ½ pound small curd cottage cheese ½ pound mozzerella cheese slices
Mix first 8 ingredients and 1 1/2 water. Add additional water (up to 1/2 cup). Cook sauce. Layer with cooked lasagna noodles and cottage cheese. Top with mozzerella. Baked at 350 ° for 30 minutes.
