Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 package graham crackers finely crushed (1 ¼ cups) 2 tablespoons sugar ¾ stick butter or margarine melted
Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Stir into melted butter or margarine, and mix well. Press firmly on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour before filling, or bake crust at 375° F about 7 minutes and cool before filling.
Note: to crush graham crackers, place between sheets of waxed paper or paper towels, and crush with rolling pin.
