  • Mix flour & seasonings.

  • Coat each drumette well & drop into hot oil & fry until brown.

  • Drain on paper towel, cover to keep warm.

  • Heat margarine over low heat until it foams. Remove & stir in vinegar & pepper sauce.

  • Pour sauce over chicken & toss lightly.
