Hudson Bay Bread

Ingredients

• 9 1/2 cups quick cooking oatmeal
• 1 1/2 - 2 cups white sugar
• 3/4 pound butter
• 1/4 cup clear karo syrup
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 teaspoons almond extract
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup M & M
• Cinnamon to taste

Directions

• Step 1
  Mix very well by hand (will be very stiff). Hand pack in lightly greased jelly roll pan. User rolling pin to flatten; pack as tight as possible. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min or less.
• Step 2
  Note: these must be cut while still warm but not removed from the pan until cool.
