We purchased our first home in Saint Cloud in May of 2008 (just two weeks before the wedding). It was the first one we looked at and we fell in love. It was everything we were looking for. It is a lovely bi-level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, and a incredible family room downstairs. We are very excited to have own our home (no more rentals!).

Since our purchase of the house, a great many changes have taken place... mainly that of paint! We love how easy it is to completely change the feel and tone of a room simply by giving it a new coat of paint. To date there are only two rooms (the master bedroom and upstairs bedroom) that have yet to be repainted. In addition,  we have enjoyed decorating the house. Julie has made curtains for our bedroom as well as the guest room downstairs. Also, we painted a couple of canvases together for our bedroom and Julie decoupaged some plaques for the family room. We are big fans of black and white prints and many of those gracing our walls are photos we have taken. It is wonderful to be surround by your own works!

Our second summer in our home as increased our knowledge of lawn and garden care. Julie spent many hours getting bricks laid around the front walkway so we could plant flowers around the garage. We also have continued the rock project that we started last year. We have gotten the path changed and hopefully we can get the underlayment redone and perennials planted soon or at least at the beginning of next year. Our vegetable garden has turned out well and promises to proved us with a wonderful harvest. We are hoping to add more flowers and maybe a tree or two next year in addition to the fence we are planning.
